When will my order ship? Will I receive tracking information?
We aim to fill every order within 24 hours. We ship Monday-Saturday USPS Priority, USPS First Class & USPS Parcel Ground. We will choose the most reasonable shipping option. Shipping times can vary and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received your tracking please check your spam folder.
* Orders containing Stain & Finishing Oil or General Finishes Oil based products will ship USPS Ground ONLY, due to shipping restrictions on these products. Those shipments can take 7-10 days to deliver.
Do you offer international shipping?

What if my address is wrong?
It is important to check your shipping address to make sure it is correct. We depend on our customers to enter their address correctly! If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we will have to charge a $10 shipping fee to cover the cost of re-shipping your order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once orders have been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Returns. Email Selina at firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to make a return or exchange so we can supply you with our return address. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original order date. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. When the items are received, we will inspect the items and if there has been no damage and the plastic seal is still intact, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges. We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original order date. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the items back to us and the cost for us to reship the new items back to them.
What if an item is damaged in Shipping?
On rare occasions USPS damages a shipment, and as a result you may have received a leaked product. If you do receive a damaged shipment, email Selina at selina@beautifullyreimagined and please attach a photo of the box and damaged product. Please save the box and packing materials as USPS may want to see it before approving a claim for damages.
A lot of the time, paint leakage in shipping looks messy but it is very minimal. If one of your jars has leaked in shipment don’t worry, it’s probably not as bad as you think. Usually paint that leaks is caused from lids or seals shifting in transit and very little paint is actually lost. Minor leaks DO NOT qualify for a full refund, and cannot be returned due to USPS regulations.
If a jar is actually damaged in shipment and a significant amount of paint is lost or the jar is not salvageable, we will issue a full refund for the jar or replace it.
What if I don’t like the color?
We do our best to offer as much information and instruction on how to use our products, however we cannot ensure your project will go off perfectly. Paint projects involve a certain amount of trial and error, and the customer assumes a level of risk when working with paint and paint finishes. Therefore, we do not offer refunds if you do not like a color. If the product is undamaged and unopened please email us at email@example.com about an exchange. See Exchange policy above.
